Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) JBLM intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to Sparta Science Corporation,�165 A Constitution Dr Menlo Park, CA �IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source�is that Sparta Science software scientifically combines several patented injury diagnostics and validates prescriptions proven to reduce injuries in the military population. Sparta Trac is the only physical assessment and testing system that meets the Government�s requirement of providing analytical analysis of athletic movement (Load, Explode and Drive) of a jump profile. Sparta�s the only company to calculate an aggregated Sparta Score using assessments which include a jump test, a balance test, and a plank test. Furthermore, Sparta is the only company that creates an individualized workout on the soldier�s Sparta app based on their Movement Signatures.� However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 02 Sep�2020 at 1700 PDT.� All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC - JBLM will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
