Description

The USDA Forest Service, Alaska Region, Tongass National Forest requires site preparation services for permanent placement of the M/V Chugach. Work includes earthen material transportation and manipulation, furnishing rock,�aggregate, and drainage materials, and includes option items for either yellow cedar or pressure-treated cribbing materials . This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute,�and quotes are due 9/2/2020 at 15:00 local Alaska Time. See the attached solicitation and further attachments for further details about the work involved. UPDATE�8/31/2020: Amendment 001 has been attached, and removes all references in the contract documents related to Government-furnished borrow or fill; the Contractor is responsible for providing this material. UPDATE 8/28/2020: The response due date/time have been updated in the Contract Opportunities system to reflect the actual due date/time in the solicitation document. The date/time for responses remains 9/2/2020 at 3:00pm (15:00) local Alaska time.
