- The Contractor shall conduct a site search to identify sites for the Organization of Scientific Area Committee (OSAC) event titled Scene Examination SAC and Physics/Pattern SAC scheduled for May 2021. If conditions relevant to COVID-19 allow, the Contractor shall provide meeting planning support , meeting space, AV equipment/services, and lodging room blocks for attendees.� Reference the attached documents for all solicitation requirements and the potential impact of COVID-19 on this procurement action.� AMENDMENT 001 The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a question submitted and incorporate a change to the statement of work.
