- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W911RZ-20-Q-0023.� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020060506 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 20200114. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in support of a Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) retreats. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 � Event and Meeting Planning Services, size standard $12,000,000.00.� This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside.
