Description

Vendor Questions/Concerns for: CAVHCS Janitorial Services, 2237 #: 619-20-4-2446-0268, RFQ: 36C24720Q1182 After Site Visit on August 28, 2020 Based on the recently provided response to questions submitted, the combined total square footage for both VAMC campus shows and increase of 35,846 SQF. Is this corrected increase (in SQF) reflected in the same billable monthly workload charge of 3467 service hours? Yes Will the contract be provided adequate secured/dedicated on site storage space/area(s) for the secured/dedicated storing of the contractor s equipment, supplies, etc.? Yes, housekeeping aid closets in the area they clean Upon award of contract, will you provide a detailed/comprehensive listing/floorplan of the buildings, rooms, and areas of service? No, we will provide listing of rooms to be cleaned but not floorplans For further clarification, since there is an increased of 35,846 SQF, will you also increase the total required man hours to accomplish the tasks for both VAMC campus? No 5. Will an extended addendum be included with a new due date for the Janitorial Services bid: 36C24720Q1065? Solicitation 36C24720Q1182 is now extended to close at noon EST on September 2, 2020.
