Contractors must acknowledge ALL amendments in Box 19 of the SF 1442, and Block 8 and 15 of the SF 30. All other solicitation details remain unchanged. ********************************************************************************************* Repair the 4,305 SF Strategic Weapons Systems Ashore (SWSA) Operations Center for administrative office space.� Work includes interior renovations and upgrade of infrastructure systems including HVAC and Fire Alarm System. A. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-fixed Price Construction Contract for the 45 Space Wing, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL, to Repair the SWSA Operations Center, Complex 25 Blockhouse � FAC 51900 B. NAICS CODE: 236220:� Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.� Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M C. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). D. The duration of this IDIQ contract will be 180 days from Notice to Proceed E. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE.� Any Offeror not meeting this criteria shall be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. F.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
