Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.� The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with T-System Inc 4020 MCEWN Road STE 200 Dallas Texas, 75244-4900 is the sole source provider for the following Medical Equipment �that meets DON's requirements: SenStar Treatment Session for the NeuroStart Transcrainial Magnetic Stimulations machine� The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed solely through the beta.sam.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.sam.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 511210, the size standard is $41,500,000.00 Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by T-System, Inc. as they are the sole authority authorized to provide these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 07:00 am, EST, 09 Sept. 2020 by email to the attention of Isaac Elliott, Contract Specialist, at Isaac.L.Elliott3.civ@mail.mil. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �
