- This is a non-personal services contract to provide language, regional expertise, and culture (LREC) cross-service records keeping and management systems research and analysis, cross-service LREC system�functionality-integration piloting, embedded Chinese-language teaching assistance and support in conjunction with LREC system integration, LREC-centered Chinese language assistant teaching and tutoring, Chinese LREC cohort development management, as well as providing coordination for various LREC record and developmental pilot initiatives.
