- Good morning, The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, registered under NAICS code 339112, capable of providing the below products. If you have a brand name or equal to product, please provide a brochure with your intent: Item #: REC6202DS 6000 Series Endo Drying Cabinet 20 Scopes Hepa, Main Item #: SE101622 - Install Reliance 6000 cabinet Item #: REC6162DSA Reliance 6000 Series Stainless-Steel Endoscope Storage and Drying Cabinet 16 Scopes, HEPA, Add-On Item #: RECT1CON40 Olympus Bronchoscope Drying Tubing and Connector Set for Reliance 600 Endoscope Drying Cabinet Item #: RECT1CON50 Olympus EBUS Drying Tubing and Connector Set for the Reliance 6000 Endoscope Drying Cabinet Item #: RECT1CON30 Olympus Trifurcated Drying Tubing/Connector Set w/AUX Water at Bottom Reliance 6000 Models Only Item#: RECT1CON10 Olympus Bifurcated Drying Tubing and Connector Set for the Reliance 6000 Endoscope Drying Cabinet. All respondents shall indicate the following: Whether or not they are small business manufacturers of the products they wish to offer, or Whether or not they are distributors of a small business manufacturer. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. Do you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture utilizing multiple owned companies as majority or non-majority owner? Yes ___No ___ If yes, please identify which companies are considering a Joint Venture and the ownership of each company. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. If the contractor can provide the above product and services, please indicate in your response that the above requirements can be met and provide a brochure of its product. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
