THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO QUILTY ANALYTICS, LLC. FOR SPACE TECHNOLOGY SUBSCRIPTION The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) �Soliciting from a single source.� WHS/AD intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Quilty Analytics, LLC., 360 Central Ave Suite 800, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701-3984, DUNS: 080424313, CAGE Code: 7XVC6. The contract is necessary to integrated suite of real-time emerging technology data, expert industry research and analysis, and data visualization and collaboration tools that allows you to discover and manage your response to emerging tech from start to finish.� The anticipated period of performance will be for one 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. � The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, Software Publishers. Small Business Size Standard of $16,500,000.00 annual sales. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
