Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Chenega Professional & Technical Services, Chesapeake, VA, for Concorde Core Support. DEA's Office of Information Systems intends to solicit and negotiate only with Chenega Professional & Technical Services under authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 The government anticipates awarding a contract for a base period of three months with three three-month option periods. The purpose of issuing this contract on a sole source basis is to provide continuing services in support of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) until a new competitive contract can be awarded. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
