Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Diagnostica Stago, Inc. �Diagnostica Stago, Inc. is the only company that can provide the Reagents for the government owned STAGO Coagulation Satellite Analyzer at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 Oct 2020 - 30 Sept 2021 plus four (4) option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413,�In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance�Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 325413 is 1250 employees. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0169, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
