- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure�Gospel Musician�services in support of the Fort Knox Religious Services Office, Fort Knox, Kentucky. The NAICS code is 711130 and the small business size standard is $11 million. The RFQ will be posted to the BetaSam website at https://beta.sam.gov on or about 1 September 2020. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to the BetaSam website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This requirement will be solicited to small businesses. All responsible and responsive small businesses may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. CCR is not obsolete. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active and shall not assume that CCR information automatically migrated to the SAM system. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov. Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in the official RFQ.
