Description

Performance Work Statement (PWS) Scope Sewer Drain and Replace the Line Oklahoma City VA Health Care System 921 NE 13th. St Oklahoma City, OK 73104-5007 Purpose: Veterans Affairs requires a qualified contractor to scope sewer drain and replace the line from bathroom GA 135 and GA136. Place of performance is at Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS) and this contract. Services must be accomplished in a cost effective, safe, efficient and secure manner for the VA and in support of the VA Mission. Services are required at the location outlined in block 15 on page 1 of SF1449. ****Site Visit will be September 8, 2020 at 10:00am**** At Oklahoma City VA Health Care System Project Scope: VAMC-OKC- Crawl space cleaning The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center requires work to be performe: Contractor to scope and replace sewer line from men s and women s bathroom GA 135 and GA136. Use camera to locate bad / break pipe. Remove all old damaged pipe Install all new cast iron lines, drains, and fittings.
