Description: The E-8C JOINT STARS aircraft, during ground operations, require external ground power units (GPUs) that supply 115/200 VAC 400 Hz electrical power during aircraft maintenance, prefight and launch operations.�This solicitation will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable IAW JSTARS system requirements document (Attachment 1). Contractor questions will only be accepted unit 02 Sept 2020 @ 1500 EST
