Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negoiate, and award a fixed -price purchase order, on a sole source basis to Sigmetrix, LLC, located in McKinney, TX, for CETOL 6 Sigma for Creo Licenses and Maintenance. CETOL 6 Sigma is Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Three Dimensional (3D) Computer-Aided Manufacturing/Engineering toolsets to support all Naval Aviation Type/Model/Series (T/M/S). Sigmetrix designs, develops, markets and supports tolerance analysis solutions used to unite the product design with manufacturing and assembly. Sigmetrix software is the only tolerance analysis solution that directly integrates with NAWCAD Lakehursts CAD platform, PTC CREO. Sigmetrix is the developer and sole provider of the CETOL software and maintenance. The Government does not own the data rights and a competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. This notification is not a request for competitive prosposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information recieved as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
