- The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to beta.SAM.gov on or about August 12, 2020 - and intends to award a single award, firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for Emergency Shelter Bed Services within the city limits of Saginaw, Michigan for beneficiaries of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, who are individuals on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry, NAICS Code 624221, size standard $11.0 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide bed space, housing, meals and therapeutic case management service for homeless veterans, the period of performance is five years, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
