Description: The NRC reqires to procure hosting, support, and upgrade of MicroPact�s iComplaints to Entellitrak on the cloud. �MicroPact, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the iComplaints/Entellitrak software and its associated modules and is recognized by EEOC.� MicroPact works directly with EEOC to make updates to the report modules in iComplaints/Entellitrak for the required annual reporting due to the Equal Employment Oppurtunity Commission (EEOC). iComplaints/Entellitrak is a cloud-based complaint management software that is offered as a Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution from MicroPact which is certifed as a Federal Risk and Autorization Management Program (FedRAMP).�
