Description

The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for Commercial Items (Section 4202 �Application of Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items� of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996), as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation, specifically 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from one source. DMA intends to issue a sole source contract to Nusura Inc, 4101 E Louisiana Ave Ste 400 Denver, CO 80246 in an effort entitled Simulation Deck service and support. The anticipated period of performance will be from 30 September 2020 � 29 September 2025 including a twelve month base period plus an additional (4) four option years. Anticipated award for a sole source contract to Nusura Inc is to offer a robust learning environment providing the most up-todate content; access to old content; advanced searching features and unlimited access to the entire course library.. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price award.
