- Procurement Type: Synopsis/Solicitation Title: Budget Formulation System NAICS Code: 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services This is a synopsis/solicitation for Infor� Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software license and maintenance support. Solicitation Number USCA20R0166 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only publication. This synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in a single contract for support and software license maintenance for the users of the Judiciary�s Budget Formulation System (BFS) in the Administrative Systems Office (ASO) at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO/AOUSC). ASO is seeking Infor products and services, particularly through its CPM software (SW) license for maintenance and support of the AOUSC� BFS existing application. The current BFS application is used to develop the Judiciary's annual budget request to Congress. Infor's CPM SW is used throughout a rigorous budget development and approval process to ensure specific details are presented within the final draft of the budget request submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The estimated annual amount to be expended under the contract is not expected to exceed $212,000.00 for the life of the contract base and all options. The performance period for the resultant contract will be for 5 years (base and 4 option periods) from date of award. The contract shall include fully burdened hourly rates for all anticipated labor categories of various levels within the firm and any subcontractors, for use in awarding the contract. All proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM ET, Thursday, 10 September 2020. Any proposal, modification, or revision that is received at the designated Government office after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals is ""late"" and will not be considered. The availability of the solicitation is limited to this electronic medium only. It is the responsibility of the recipient of this notice and the resulting solicitation to ensure that it has been received in its entirety.�The AOUSC bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from this transmission. Requests for other copies of the solicitation will be disregarded without notice to the requestor. No phone requests will be accepted, copies of the solicitation will not be available for pick-up, and no walk-ins will be allowed.
