Description

AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to update the �Delivery Information� to reflect the address for building 942, for installation purposes. �The address for building 1052 is deleted because services are not required for that location. �POCs for this amendment are:� Ms. Monica Philpot, Contract Specialist:� Phone (334) 953-3913, and MSgt Ryan Schnepf, Contracting Officer, Phone:� (334) 953-6776. GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to establish an internet signal with unlimited asymmetric commercial internet service into Building 942 located on Maxwell AFB, AL, as described in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) (see Attachment #1) for the 908th Office, physically located at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XTB99291AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment #2) are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20200605, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: 517911; Size Standard: 1,500 employees
