- Questions and Answers have been added as an attachement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A20Q1315 is being issued for a firm fixed price contract for a commercial contract, for training services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08, dated 13 Aug 2020. This is a solicitation is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 611519 (Other Technical and Trade Schools), with a Business Size Standard of $16,500,000.00. The Product Service Code Class is U006 (Education/Training - Vocational/Technical). The line item numbers consist of: CLIN 0001; SWAGELOK 200 ORBITAL WELDER TRAINING Description: FFP, On-site training for the Swagelok M200 Orbital welder for eight (8) employees. Training will be per the attached PWS � Quantity ____8____ Unit of Measure:� Each Unit Price $___________________ Total Proposed Price: $________________ Swagelok M200 Orbital welder - Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) requires training on the safe and effective operation of the SWAGELOK 200 orbital welder. The locations of work are at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, and the adjacent Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton. FOB: Destination The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility requires the purchase and execution of training services. This service contract will provide on-site training for the Swagelok M200 Orbital welder, for eight (8) students. A full description of all requirements associated with this contract action are provided in a detailed Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) The Estimated Period of Performance is as follows: 09/21/20 to 09/25/20. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a Department of Defense Contract. A contract cannot be awarded to a contractor not registered in SAM.
