Description

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals for the National Park Service, Lewis & Clark National Historical Park (LEWI), for constructing a new 5,000 gallon per day wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system to serve the Fort Clatsop Visitor Center and Administration Building within Lewis & Clark National Historical Park in Astoria, Oregon. ************ This Amendment no. 002 is necessary to incorporate two new attachments which are revised plans/drawings: Attachment 12-Revised Drawing C03 and Attachment 13-Revised Drawing C08. Offerors are hereby notified to replace the original Drawing C03 and C08 with these revised versions. ************ REMINDER: Proposals are due by 4:30pm (PST) on September 10, 2020 submitted electronically by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov (except hard copy original signature of the offer guarantee, bid bond, shall be mailed to Phaedra Fuller at Olympic National Park, 600 E Park Avenue, Port Angeles, WA 98362). Refer to Section L and M of Attachment no. 3, Terms-Clauses, for full details of what to include in proposal. ************ ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL.
