- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation � Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR PART 13 on behalf of the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS) has a requirement for Residential repairs at the Big Flats Plant Materials Center Residence, located at 3253 State Route 352, Corning, New York 14830 This procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside ACQUISITION and will be released under Solicitation Number 12FPC320Q0067. The small business size standard is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5 million average annual income PROJECT DESCRIPTION. ��The removal and replacement of the back-entry way stairs and landing and Removal of damaged boiler and associated piping to include repairs to drywall and trim, subflooring and flooring due to damage caused by the bursting of pipe in the boiler system. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13 and FAR 36 will apply. An Award will be made to the responsible offeror representing the best value to the government.���� PROJECT DURATION. �90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.��� SUMMARY. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies and travel necessary to provide the required services in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract, and other attachments provided ESTIMATE PRICE RANGE. The estimated price range for this project is less than $25,000. SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION). There will be no schedule site visit due to COVID-19, offerors who would like to see the project site may contract and make an appointment with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Ronald Young, at Ronald.young@usda,gov, to see the project site. Changes resulting from the site visits are official only if issued through an Amendment to Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation.�� SOLICITATION PACKET (Terms and Conditions, Clauses, Provisions, Technical Specifications, and Drawings).
