- This acquisition is a Brand Name purchase of Safran Data Recorder Components.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency.
