Description

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal.� The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Peptide Solutions, Tucson, AZ 85747 for GMP DON and technology transfer. The Lymphocyte Activation Section (LAS) of the Laboratory of Immunogenetics(LIG) of NIAID, Conducts research on the molecular mechanisms underlying the activation of B lymphocytes to proliferate and differentiate into clones of antibody producing cells. This technology transfer document is needed to facilitate a US FDA registered GMP facility to produce a front run and a feasibilty run of non-GMP material which is used in the creation of a batch manufacturing record which will then facilitate the GMP run. No Substitutions are allowed on this project.
