- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No.: 140A0920Q0038 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
