Description

This is a requirement for the purchase of dorm furniture (145 Sofas, 227 Loveseats, 375 Lounge Chairs, 1,500 Side/Desk Chairs, 48 Bar Stools, and 200 Wardrobes with Eye Kit Locks Installed; overall total of 2,495 pieces), for JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Contractor shall provide services as required by the Statement of Work (SOW) to include: delivery, assembly, and installation of furnishings into Buildings 272, 590, 591, 904, 905, 907, 915, 916, 920, 929, 930, 1002, 1350, 1475, 1479, 2791, 3312, 3314 3631, 3635, and 4193 (Warehouse); the removal of existing furniture and transport and deliver to Building 4193. The objective of this project is to provide furniture for dormitory lounge areas and individual dorm rooms in multilevel dormitories IAW SOW. All materials and accessories shall be installed in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer's recommendations. 20 August 2020: The purpose of this amendment is to post Questions and Answered, to amend the RFQ, and to amend the Statement of Work. See attachments for the�documents. 2 September 2020: The purpose of this amendment is to post the updated RFQ with additional variances in furniture sizes for CLIN 0001-0007; to incorporate�updated FAR provision 52.204-24 (required fill-in); to incorporate updated FAR clause 52.204-25 (by reference); and to post the updated SOW (dated 2 Sep 20). See attachments for the updated documents. All interested offerors should respond to the updated RFQ, Amendment 0002.
