Description

The purpose of the upcoming T-5 Industry Day is to solicit interest regarding the Defense Health Agency (DHA) T-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) contract requirements at the below link: https://beta.sam.gov/opp/7b158d6d00c74765a756129f4f40df7a/view?keywords=T-5&sort=-relevance&index=opp&is_active=true&page=1&notice_type=s� This forum provides the opportunity for DHA to brief industry on the T-5 Draft RFP requirements.� A detailed agenda and presentation materials will be provided prior to the virtual event. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level. Registrants will be provided a Microsoft Teams link prior to the event for audio and visual access. Briefing slides referenced by Industry Day presenters will be posted to this notice prior to the event. The T-5 Industry Day will take place on 14 SEP 2020 from 0900-1600 EST and 15 SEP 2020 from 1300-1430 EST. Breakout sessions will be integrated into the agenda for the following categories: Transition Management; Clinical; Networks; Reimbursement/Systems; Administration/Customer Service; and Acquisition/Contract Structure. The Government does not anticipate conducting any �one-on-one� meetings with interested vendors. Please submit any questions or feedback related to T-5 activities through the Comment Form released with the Draft RFP. Comment Forms will be accepted through 18 SEP 2020. Select questions submitted through the Comment Form prior to this event may be discussed during the 15 SEP 2020 session. Please send any industry event administrative questions NLT 11 SEP 2020 to dha.ncr.acquis-procure.mbx.industryday@mail.mil. This process is for event questions only (not related to the draft RFP) and is separate and distinct from the instructions of the Contracting Officer and the Comment Form provided with the Draft RFP. This Industry Day notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This T-5 Industry Day notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals for any requirement discussed in T-5 Industry Day materials. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this T-5 Industry Day notice. The Government will not assume liability for incurred expenses. All costs associated with responding to this T-5 Industry Day notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
