Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Notice Type: Special Notice Narrative Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) to provide Level 1 Trauma Membership fees which is designated by the Texas Department of Health Services (DSHS) to develop, implement and maintain the regional trauma and emergency healthcare system for 22 counties in the southwest region of Texas identified as Trauma Service Area - P (TSA-P). The TSA-P encompasses over 26,000 square miles in southwest Texas, to include SAMMC's area of responsibility in support of San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC). Award will be made by made on or about 25 September 2020. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 813910, Business Associations with a size standard of $8,000,000.00 This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
