U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Jersey City Delineated Area: North: I-78 Express, East: 95 NJ Turnpike, South: 95 NJ Turnpike to Route 18 West to I-287, West: I-287 to I-78 Express Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,270 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,784 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 2 years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: NA Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 100 year floodplain is preferred.
