The Southeastern Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, by way of Network Contracting Office (NCO)9 intends to effectuate a sole source award to TLServices, an active and verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 (c ), as implemented by way of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5 �Authorized or required by statue�. This is not a formal request for proposal, nor will any additional consideration of other offers be entertained.� This purpose of this Special Notice is to inform the public of the government�s intent. Following the sole source award, a written Justification & Approval will be publicized on the governmentwide point of entry for procurements: https://www.beta.sam.gov.
