Notice of Intent to Sole Source Notice Type: Special Notice Narrative Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Cochlear Americas Corporation, for Hearing Implant systems and Accessories. Cochlear is the manufacturer and has proprietary rights to the BAHA and Vistafix implants and has no other authorized third party vendors. Award will be made by made on or about 25 September 2020.
