- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N4523A20Q0816, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08 effective 13 Aug 2020.� This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the business size standard is $8,000,000. The Federal Service code is J028 Maintenance, repair and rebuilding of equipment: engines, turbines and components. QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION.� Read Thoroughly and Carefully.� Return All Items Requested. Quotes that take exception to the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration, �Provide a technical description of the items offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation and PWS. This may include product literature or other documents, if necessary and address technical capability in meeting the requirement. See FAR provision 52.212-1 below for additional submission requirements. Demonstrated experience in the repair or re?coring of industrial off?road and standby Diesel radiators. Attribute to be satisfied by examples shown from company website of services provided, pictures of inventory or in?process work, customer reviews, references. Price proposal shall include labor hours required to complete this work, hourly rate for each labor category, material cost and any other cost associated with this requirement. Signed by a designated agent of the company, and date of expiration. Method of Payment: Wide Area Work Flow All responsible sources may submit a quote package, which shall be considered by the agency. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, in order to be eligible for award. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; such as Demonstrated experience in the repair or re-coring of industrial off-road and standby Diesel radiators (ii) Price; Technical capabilities and prices are equally important. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
