Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 12-Acqusition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to procure Shore Equipment Installation and Maintenance Management Program (SEIMMP) as required by the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/ Tenth Fleet C10F (FCC/C10F). The planned Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N0018920R0043. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $16.5. A complete RFP package will be available on or about 09 September 2020, by downloading the documents at the Beta.sam website as follows: https://beta.sam.gov/ . Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site: this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor not the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of and contact resulting from this solicitation, expect for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
