- Description
- This upcoming acquisition is for services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of numerous automated tank gauging (ATG), independent alarm system (IAS), and overfill protection equipment (OPE) systems located throughout the continental United Stated (CONUS) and the Caribbean. This will include providing all personnel, equipment, materials, maintenance Program Management, and services required to perform the maintenance and sustainment of the ATG/IAS/OPE systems. The goal of the ATG/IAS/OPE program is to provide standardized maintenance to ATG/IAS/OPE systems at more than 300 DoD fuel facilities within the CONUS and the Caribbean to improve system reliability and maintainability, to reduce long-term maintenance costs, and improve performance and safety. The ATG/IAS/OPE systems improve inventory accountability, improve monitoring and control, and prevent fuel spills during fuel receipt and issue operations. This effort consists of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support, Support Documentation, and Equipment and Material Support. All services including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and travel for maintaining and repairing equipment associated with the ATG/IAS/OPE systems are encompassed under this effort; to include all services in support of design, procurement, installation, testing, subsystem/system implementation, system interfaces, training, documentation generation, integration and system troubleshooting of installations/modifications to the ATG/IAS/OPE systems. This effort will require the Contractor to have the capability to respond to multiple requests simultaneously and to work at multiple locations throughout the CONUS and the Caribbean. The Government is anticipating award of a five (5) year Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract that will consist of Transition In, Maintenance Program Management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support Projects, and Transition Out contract line items (CLINs).� This is a synopsis of the expected solicitation and no response is required.
