Description
VENDOR QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (Q&As) Services: CBOC Pest Control The following questions were asked of the Government relating to the subject requirement which are hereby posted and responded to. Q&As: Question: What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded, award number and awarded value? Answer: Sol # VA248-15-Q-1780, Award #VA248-16-C-0008, Awarded value - $67,014.70 What are the expected totals man hours each month to provide the pest services to all areas? Answer: Contractor will need to make the determination on how many total man hours will be needed based on the Square Footage stated for each Location in each Line Items of the solicitation. Question: How many after hours service requests have there been in the past 12 months? Answer: None Question: How many bed bug service requests have there been in the past 12 months? Answer: 5 Question: How is the current pest control contractor? Answer: Ensync Diversified Management Services Has any of the scope of service changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract? Answer: Yes, Bedbugs is now part of the scope of work and added due to Covid 19 outbreak, contractors must have and wear proper personal protective equipment when providing the service at each location. Question: Has this contract been considered for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business?  Answer: This is a Total Set-Aside for SDVOSB. Question: Would the government please advise if emergency call orders are to be provided at no additional cost to the government? Answer: No additional cost for emergency calls. Question: Would the government please advise what the response time is for emergency call orders? Answer: Contractor will have 4 Hours to respond to an emergency call. Question: Would the government please advise if licensing requirements can be satisfied/met via subcontractors? Answer: The Primary Contractor will be responsible to provide their licensing requirements and all information required as stated in solicitation to be consider responsive to the Contracting Officer by the closing date and time. The Contractor that is awarded the contract is responsible to complete all the work in accordance with the Statement of Work, not the Sub-contractor.
