- FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKERS/DRIVERS: THE RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE FIRM FIXED PRICE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES AUTHORIZED BY FAR PART 13. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns eligible under NAICS 561210 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. Basis for Award: For award purposes, the lowest offeror shall be the conforming, responsive, responsible offeror with the lowest total price of Contract Line Items 0001 - 4000. All offerors shall have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a current DUNS number. No award shall be made to any offeror who does not meet these requirements. Offerors are expected to be within close proximity (40 miles) to NSWC IHEODTD. The Government reserves the right to consider past performance information available from sources including, but not limited to, information in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS). Offerors responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote via email to Joshua M. Denton at joshua.m.denton@navy.mil. Responses shall include the following: 1.) Company's complete mailing and remittance addresses, discounts for prompt payment, if any (e.g. 1% 10 days), ability to meet delivery requirement and unit cost of items, shipping fees, etc. 2.) The company's CAGE code, Dun, and Taxpayer ID number. 3.) All FAR certifications and representations must also accompany the quote unless available via the System for Award Management (SAM). 4.) Any questions or Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted 15 days after issuance of this solicitation. Offers must be received no later than 02:00 PM EST on 04 October 2020. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the beta SAM website for all amendments to this subject RFQ. Offerors are reminded that ALL proposal information must be received no later than the date and time specified in this paragraph. Any information received after that date/or time will be deemed late and will not be considered for award. Note: Remarks and explanations addressed during the site visit shall not be deemed or construed to constitute any representations or warranty by the DOD, or a legally binding agreement, contract or commitment between DOD and any other party, or alter the terms and conditions of the RFQ.
