Description

**This is an unrestricted (non set-aside) procurement utilizing full and open competition.** This solicitation is for a design-build contract for the installation of one new elevator in�an existing hoistway and the modernization of two existing traction elevators at�the Paul G. Rogers U.S. Courthouse in West Palm Beach, FL. The proposed project�will require the contractor to provide all design, construction documents, site�investigation, finish demolition, site supervision, security approved workers,�elevator renovations, mechanical, electrical, painting, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler�system modifications, telecommunications, testing, and other general work for a�complete project. A site visit will be held on 13 AUG 2020 at 10:00 AM. See solicitation documents for additional information.
