- RFP W56HZV-20-R-0220, Amendment 0001 (see Attachments)�to revise FAR clause only. Proposal Due Date unchanged. The US ARMY Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has a requirement for the following commercial Toyota Land Cruiser truck variants with ballistic blankets installed and common spare parts, to support FMS Somalia security force requirements. Items: 2019 model year or later, Toyota Land Cruiser trucks with ballistic material blankets installed in the following variants: 4-Door Pickup and Ambulance. All vehicles shall have manual transmission, high-sulfur diesel engine, in left-hand drive (LHD), per Specifications (Attachments 0001 & 0002) with common Spare Parts matrixes per Exhibits A, C, & D. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract, FOB-origin, under solicitation W56HZV-20-R-0220. The total quantities are as follows: 85 each 4-Door Pickups, 11 each Ambulances, and three (3) lots of common spare parts. This commercial combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 26 AUG 2020 and responses will be due on 10 SEP 2020 (15-day posting). Please refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, etc. FAR Part 13.5 with supplemental information will be used. Proposals will be evaluated for lowest price and award will be made to the lowest total evaluated priced offeror.
