- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart�12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z035-20-Q-PDA19600 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The associated NAICS code is�441228 and the small business size standard is $35,000,000.00. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. Contractor shall provide the following: (QTY 3) 2021 Artic Prowler 500 Earth Blue (QTY 3) Kit, Trail-Mid SXS 2436-968 (QTY 3) Door Kit-Soft 2436-242 (QTY 1) Kit, Winter, Mid SXS 3436-084 Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word ""offer/offeror"" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to ""quote/quoter"" or a derivative of that word.�� All quotes are due at USCG Base Ketchikan, AK 12:00PM (Alaska Time)�17�September�2020.
