Description
The U.S . Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to�provide Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that is compatible with our current Alternate EOC:� APC SY20k40F Uninterruptible Power Supply. �This project is to be considered turnkey where the contractor is responsible for delivery, installation of new equipment; removal of old equipment and ensuring the new equipment is operational. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service� Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: Contractor shall procure and install Alternate Command Center UPS� power modules, two (2) each. UPS Rating 40 KW � Contractor shall procure and install Alternate Command Center UPS� battery modules, 72 each. Note: all battery modules and batteries need to be compatible the installed APC SY20k40F Uninterruptible Power Supply. � Contractor shall procure and install Alternate Command Center UPS� static switch modules, one (1) each. The static switch modules must be compatible with the installed APC SY20k40F Uninterruptible Power Supply � Contractor shall remove all replaced batteries and UPS� components from Building 600.� Approximately 4000 pounds. Contractor shall provide all labor required to replace battery modules, power modules and static switch. Contractor shall provide quarterly physical onsite inspections for one year after installation. Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on replacement parts. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A Site visit will be held on Wednesday, 9 September, 2020 at 10:00.� We will meet at the parking lot behind bldg 600 on the Ft.
