- This procurement is Law Enforcement Sensitive. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Delivery Terms: FOB Destination. PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS This procurement is for compact, self-contained, cellular and Wi-Fi enabled Imaging Unattended Ground Sensors (I-UGS) and supporting equipment in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ), which includes the Statement of Work (PWS).� All questions must be received at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov by 9 AM MST on 9-4-2020.� Please submit your quotation to kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov, subject: �RFQ 70B03C20Q0318-A01 [supplier name] Quotation�.Supplier proposals will be sent to Contracting Officer Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov.� Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. The proposal documents� will include: �� �1)�� �Signed solicitation form, �� �2)�� �Completed Pricing Matrix (as Excel spreadsheet), �� �3)�� �product descriptions (aka ""Tear Sheets"") for all products and �� �4)�� �contact data for past contracts or customers within the last 5 years (up to 3). The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without deliberations with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror�s initial quotation should contain the offeror�s best price and delivery and complete, concise product descriptions. The Government reserves the right to conduct deliberations if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.
