Description: Prince Sultan Air Base has a requirement for 5-ton Environmental Control Units (ECU) to be used with the Alaska structures that are currently being utilized. These units are used to provide heat and air conditioning to the structures. They are ideal for extreme temperatures and undesirable conditions such as dust, dirt, etc.
