- The Columbia VA Healthcare System located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 has a requirement for Window Washing. The Government expects to award to a single contractor a contract which shall be Firm Fixed Price with a firm quantity. This requirement is being set-aside for *Veteran Owned Small Business participation only. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561790 and the corresponding size standard is $8M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. All questions must be sent via e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Joseph Locke at joseph.locke@va.gov. Turn in questions NLT 4:30pm EST on September 8, 2020. Please reference solicitation number 36C24720Q1236 and the title Window Washing at VA Columbia Healthcare Facility . *Please note the original notice posted to the vendor portal for solicitation number 36C24720Q1236 on September 2, 2020 stated this requirement was set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The set-aside is being changed to a Veteran Owned Set-Aside to enhance competition. Furthermore, an administrative amendment will be posted to BetaSam to further document this change.
