Description

This RFI offers the opportunity for interested organizations and individuals to provide feedback, information, opinions, and recommendations on the prospective activity described, and in particular, to respond to the 11 questions listed in the attached document. The prospective activity�aims to strengthen the Honduran criminal justice and security system to be more sustainably effective, transparent, accessible, and equitable. USAID/Honduras seeks to reduce impunity, mitigating widespread criminal activity, and corruption, which are drivers of illegal immigration. The criminal justice and security system activity, the prospective activity will prioritize crimes that exacerbate intentions to migrate, such as violence, corruption, organized crime, and violations of human rights.
