This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Brand name or equal description is intended to be descriptive, but not restrictive and is to indicate the quality and characteristic of products that will be considered satisfactory to meet the agency�s requirement. Brand name or equal requirement. The Polatis Series 6000 Ultra Secure grade Singlemode SMF28 Optical Matrix Switch (Part # S-OST-08x08-LU1-HMHNS) manufactured by Huber & Suhner Polatis, has�been identified as meeting all specifications identified in the attached specifications. Quoters must provide the salient characteristics of the brand name or equal identified within the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Specifications documents. Questions are due by or before September 8, 2020 at 5:00 PM ET. Quotations and supporting documentation are due by or before September 10, 2020 at 5:00 PM ET.
