- Description
- In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA�s decision to use single source procedures to issue an eFAST order under the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Mosaic ATM for a Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) to support the FAA�s Enterprise Information Management (EIM) program. Mosaic ATM is currently in their Phase II contract with NASA which is a direct and natural extension of the work to apply and extend their experience with FAA National Air Space (NAS) data and data science methodologies to support, expand, and implement data science and Advanced Analytics on FAA EIM. This requirement is not available for competition.
