Description: The deadline for the solicitation has been extended from 2:00PM, 04 September 2020 to 2:00PM, 14 September 2020 due to clarifying ambiguous and conflicting information within the solicitation. The Director payband MC-301-3a was selected given the high level of technical work and analysis needed to ensure effective social and gender inclusion in MCC's compacts and sufficient oversight of our counterpart's work. The consultant needs to be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
