- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) requires on-site document destruction services. In addition, to a base year, there will be four options years for above services. Refer to statement of work for full detail. Qty. 12 Months Period of Performance: FY20 Base Year: 21 Sep 2020 � 20 Sep 2021 FY21 Option Year 1: 21 Sep 2021 � 20 Sep 2022 FY22 Option Year 2: 21 Sep 2022 � 20 Sep 2023 FY23 Option Year 3: 21 Sep 2023 � 20 Sep 2024 FY24 Option Year 4: 21 Sep 2024 � 20 Sep 2025 Delivery: FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government. Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
